ABOUT FICTION WRITER'S CONNECTION
A Membership Association for New and Seasoned Writers
Most writers work alone, and for the new writer trying to break in, it can be
a frustrating experience, not knowing where to turn for assistance. FWC
offers support, stimulation, and all the information a writer needs to get
started on the road to publication--and stay there.
Types of Membership
FWC offers a full-year membership with special discounts for seniors and
students.

Why Should You Join FWC?
Writers join FWC for a variety of reasons. They have questions about
writing technique and submission requirements. They are looking for
just the right agent or publishing house. They need encouragement and
someone to call for advice. They want feedback on their writing, or
maybe just a nudge to get them started on the right track. They want
to know what other writers are doing and what the latest publishing
trends are.
When you join FWC, you're not becoming part of a huge conglomerate.
You'll be part of a small group of connected writers who know the
benefit of having the "personal touch." You'll get to know FWC's
director and enjoy a one-on-one mentoring relationship with her.
FWC Member Profile
FWC members come from all over the country and around the world. Some are
online, some are offline. Some have had their work published; some are well
on their way;
many are just starting out. They are interested in mainstream and
contemporary fiction and a variety of genres including adventure, crime,
fantasy, historical fiction, horror, humor, mystery, New Age, psychological
suspense, romance, science fiction, thrillers, and women's fiction. Some
write short stories; some write nonfiction, too.
